Now I would like to present to you a yard that we completed over a three-day time span.. it took us this long because not only did we juggle other jobs and estimates at the same time, but we had the Tucson Arizona rain to go up against. And we all know how testy the weather can be when they say that there is rain in the forecast. Despit http://aviationweather.gov telling us that there was 70% to 100% chance of rain everyday, we still attempted to get the work done. Also a good time to lay down pre-emergent spray for this property.

This yard has been completed after completing a few other jobs that were present on our schedule.
One this yard we learned a lesson that we need to improve our customer service and address all of the clients needs.
March 13th & 15th 2020

This yard took me a total of seven and a half hours. About three and a half hours on the front yard and 4 hours on the back. It was a lot of hand pulling in the front. Because I was helping my friend for about 5 hours that day, I was only able to do the three and a half hours that afternoon before it got dark. Because the homeowner had paid me before the job is completed, it was my honest word to come back and complete the job. The next day we had car trouble, and was not able to make it. The following day I was able to complete the job by sifting through the rocks, blowing out the area, raking the rock flat, bagging up the debris, and doing a final blow before I took my after photos of the completed work.
I can't always do it, but on this one, I offered to do a spray in the backyard to protect my work. Also to makeup for the day that we had car trouble, but they don't need to know that. I also like to send the photos over to my clients that way they can show it off to their friends and family when they are at their daily events. (Shhhh. It's a marketing tactic.)

We did some gravel spreading today.
However I only took an after photo of the front yard. You can see the difference in rock color. However the homeowner will be ordering more gravel and we spread on the 25th.

$450 for a scrape down to the dirt job. Not a weed eat or spray before removing weeds. If we do spray, it is after we have detailed the weed removal process to AD Landscaping passing standards. It's a wash, rinse and repeat process that has creates our "Mastery System of Duplication ."

We did two properties side by side each other as shown below. This was a result of our online advertisement through Craigslist. We market through other platforms such as Google and Facebook, but but out best results come from fliers, door to door knocking and outbound phone call sales. List building is also one our specialties, and easily paints us as one of the first tech landscaping companies really build business with new online marketing strategies as well as traditional offline marketing methods. I present to you our first job of the day.
Our second job was a result of the northwest job that we did on 3/16/2020. Al of AD Landscaping fliered all homes on the coldasac after completing the front yard. The goal for this flier strategy is to be called back to the community where a team originally came in contact with the area. This would be on the first job a person does for what ever client called them there. Whole neighborhoods can be fliered as well, but we cautions of no solicitation signs of gated communities. Most of the time people won't complain, and will be happy that you reached out to them.
